Ah the philosopher heron.

Tuesday was a rainy day, but I still managed to snag this cormorant picture from one of the blinds at Reifel.

A shot from mear Reifel Bird Sanctuary. This heron posed oatiently until I had to change my memory card, then he took off. I barely got this shot.

Vancouver in the height of cherry blossom time. I love the juxtaposition of the rich pink blossoms and the cold grey concrete.

Yet one more blossom image. This one is from a brooding, cloudy day at Stanley Park.

Cherry blossoms, what could be more spring like in BC. Sure hope the sun comes back though.

Waves crashing on rocks. You'd think this was from the open Pacific shore, not the relativelsy sheltered Straits of Georgia.

Spring comes to Gibsons. And to think that it was snowing like mad in the mornimg!
